The word “prepare” is a little misleading because you can’t prepare for life by living. You do hopefully acquire some necessary skills from parents and teachers and then you just dive in! And yes you will make lots of mistakes and that’s part of living. Being sheltered or afraid that’s existing and it’s not fun. Life is too short to just exist and it can be a wonderful experience if you allow it.
